Sunderland are in pre-season friendly action when they take on Bradford City on Tuesday.

Here are all the details you need to know about the game…

WHERE IS THE GAME TAKING PLACE?

Having played at Blackpool’s Bloomfield Road on Saturday, Sunderland are back on the road for their penultimate pre-season game.

The Black Cats are heading to West Yorkshire to take on Bradford City at their home ground of Valley Parade.

Sunderland’s last competitive outing at the ground came in League One in the 2018-19 and resulted in a 2-1 away win thanks to goals from Josh Maja and Jack Baldwin.

WHAT TIME IS KICK-OFF?

Tuesday’s game kicks off at 7.30pm.

ARE TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE?

Yes – tickets for the game will be available online, via the ticketing section of Sunderland’s official website, until 5pm on Monday, July 29.

However, tickets will also be available for fans wishing to purchase them on the night at Valley Parade.

Tickets for the friendly are priced at £10 for adults, £8 for Over-65s and Under-23s, £5 for Under-16s and £2 for Under-11s.

IS THE GAME BEING TELEVISED OR STREAMED LIVE?

The game is not being televised, however there is a streaming service available for Sunderland fans via Sunderland’s official website.

A streaming match pass for the Bradford friendly is priced at £7.

The Northern Echo’s Dominic Shaw will be at Valley Parade providing live coverage of the game on The Northern Echo website as well as a report, reaction and analysis.

WHAT IS SUNDERLAND’S LIKELY LINE-UP?

Regis Le Bris will use tonight’s game to give match minutes to some of the players that did not start Saturday’s friendly win at Blackpool.

Nine of the 11 players that started the 1-0 victory at Bloomfield Road played for the full 90 minutes, and none of those players are expected to feature in tonight’s starting side.

Instead, Le Bris is likely to call on the likes of Zak Johnson and Chris Rigg, who were substitutes against Blackpool, and Simon Moore, Joe Anderson, Romain Mundle, Nazariy Rusyn, Abdoullah Ba and Adil Aouchiche, all of whom were unused substitutes on Saturday.

Jay Matete, Jewison Bennette and Luis Hemir are not expected to feature, with the trio, who all played for the Under-21s against Hartlepool at the weekend, available for a loan exit from Wearside.

HOW ARE BRADFORD SHAPING UP?

Bradford will hope to mount a promotion push in League Two next season, having finished in ninth position in the fourth tier in May.

This will be the Bantams’ first game back on English soil after completing a pre-season trip to Austria.

Graham Alexander’s side were in action at the end of last week, rounding off their Austrian visit with a 2-1 win over SV Reid II that came courtesy of goals from Andy Cook and Vadaine Oliver.

Prior to that, a young Bradford side had claimed a 3-0 victory over their town rivals, Bradford Park Avenue.
