Matty Hewitt and Scott Wilson sat down for Friday's morning briefing to look ahead to Hull City and give their views on Sunderland's January transfer window to date.

It's been a frustrating window for the Black Cats' supporters who're yet to see any signings come through the door at the Stadium of Light, but in truth, it's been a slow window for the majority of Championship sides so far this month.

The pair discuss which areas they think Sunderland need to strengthen heading into the final few weeks of the window, including Amad Diallo, Macaulay Langstaff and Yann M'Vila speculation.

There's all of that and the small matter of a Championship clash against one of their promotion rivals, Hull City this evening.
